Ingredients:
Bananas - 4
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
cardamoms - 4
Method:
1-Peel and mash the
bananas.
2-Pour ghee into a nonstick
pan, add the mashed bananas
and roast for 10 min.
3-Add the sugar and roast
for another 10 min.
4-Add the crushed
cardamoms.
5-Take off the pan from
stove and transfer the halwa
into the greased plate.
6-Spread and cut into
squares or diamond shapes.
