Ingredients:
Ripe Bananas 500 gm
Eggs 4
Castor Sugar 1 1/3 cup
oil 3/4 cup
self raising flour2 3/4 cup
baking soda 1/2 tsp
Method:
1-Mash the bananas with a
fork.
2-Beat bananas along with
the eggs.
3-Add sugar and beat. add
oil and keep beating.
4-Sift self raising and add
to the mixture and keep
beating.
5-In the end, sprinkle
baking soda and fold the
mixture with a spatula until
it is well mixed.
6-Pour the mixture in the
greased 12 inch cake pan.
7-Bake in a preheated oven
on 160 celcius for one hour
or until tooth pick inserted
comes out clean.
