Ingredients : 1kg Fish
4 onion
1tsp rice
1tsp zeera
1tsp sabit dhanya (coriander)
15(jaway) garlic
150g imlli
1tsp methi dana
red chilli powder and salt ( to
taste)
oil
Method: 1-Sab se phalye fish main
halka sa salt or chilli powder
laga kar rahk dein.
2-Onion ko shekh main laga kar
(or oven main grill kar lain)
bhoon laian.
3-Us ka bad zeera ,sabit dhanya,
rice in sab cheezon ko bhi bhoon
lain aur in sab ko mila kar
grind kar lain.
3-Us kay bad pot main oil dal
kar garm karin aur methi dana ka
bhagar lagian phir grind kia
howa masla dal kar acchi tarahn
bhoon laian.
4-Us ka bad imli ka pani dal
dain or jitni curry rhakni hye
utni der pakain . phir curry
main fish dal kar bhap per gala
laian , mazadar hyedrabadi kahti
fish tayar hye rice or chapti ka
sath sever karain.
