Ingredients:
Cabbage 2 cups
cut in small square shapes
Red chillies 4 nos
Pepper corns 7 nos crushed
Refined oil 3 tbspns
Soya sauce 2 tspns
Vinegar 1 tbspn
Ajinomotto 1tspn
Salt use as required
Method:
1.Heat the oil in a wok. Add the
pepper corns and the cabbage and
fry for a minute over a medium
flame.
2. Add the red chillies, soya
sauce, vinegar, ajinomotto and
the salt. Fry over a medium
flame stirring constantly till
the cabbage is cooked.
3.Remove from the flame and
serve hot.
