Method 1-Sab say pehlay
adhee piyaaz golden karein aur
ghost daal kar bhonain, ab adrak
lehsan dal kar bhonain phir
namak,laal mirch aur dahi dal
kar bhonain jab bhun jaye tu
pani daal kar galnay rakhdein.
2-Tamam daaloon ko alag alag
bhigoo dein phir namak aur haldi
dal kar obalnay kay liye rakh
dain yaad rakhiyeh kay gayhoon,
joa aur chanay ki daal alag boil
hogi.
3-Jab gosht gal jaye aur daalein
bhee boil ho jaain tu in dono ko
achee tarahan mila kar khoob
ghootain aur agar ghoont nahi
saktay tu grinder mein dal kar
grind karlein khoob achi tarahan
aur akhir mein thora sa ghoonta
day dein , haleem tayyar hay.
4-Leemo,dhaniya, podina, adrak
aur garam masalay kay saath
serve karain .
