Ingredients:
Chicken breast: 1
Recheade masala: 1/2 tb
Garlic: 1/2
Cherry tomatoes: 6
A little olive oil
Fresh oregano: 1 tb
The Steps:
Pre - Preparation :
1) Slice the garlic thin and the
tomatoes into half.
2) Chop the oregano.
Preparation :
1) Score the chicken lightly and
rub some masala into the meat
with
the back of a spoon.
2) Leave at room temperature for
1 or 2 hrs.
3) Heat a little oil and gently
fry the garlic flakes until
golden but
not burnt.
4) Take garlic flakes and dry on
kitchen paper.
5) Put chicken breasts into pan
and arrange tomatoes around, cut
side
down.
6) Cook chicken gently until
cooked, turning at least twice,
but
do not disturb the tomatoes.
7) To serve, place chicken piece
on plate and arrange tomatoes
around.
8) Crush the fried garlic and
sprinkle onto chicken.
9) Garnish with the chopped
coriander.
