Ingredients:
1 small chicken cut up,
8-10 chillies (red)
Ginger-1/2 to 1 inch piece,
Garlic,
4-5 Cloves,
Pepper corns-4-6,
Dalchini (cinnamon)- 1 small
stick,
Split cloves- 5-6,
1 tsp jeera
Vinegar-2tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
1-Clean and cut chicken, apply
salt and keep.
2-Blend 8-10 chillies (red),
ginger, garlic, pepper,
dalchini, cloves,1tsp Jeera.
3-Slice 1 large onion and fry
golden brown.
4-Add chicken and saute well,
and cook with little water.
5-When almost done add 1 cup
coconut milk, Masala, vinegar
and cook more.
