Ingredients :
chicken cut into pieces 1 kg
garlic cloves ground 2
ginger powder 1 tsp
ghee 1tsp
chilli powder 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
rice powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1tsp
oil for frying
salt to taste
Method
1-Mix all the ingredients except
the oil and rub into the chicken.
Marinate for 2 hours at least.
2-Heat oil in a karahi and fry until
golden brown. Serve hot .
