Ingredients :
chicken
qeema 0.5kg
onion 4nos
green chilli 5nos
mint leaves 10 leaves
hara dhania 10 leaves
ginger 50 grams
garlic 50 grams
salt as per taste
black pepper 2nos
tomato 2nos
oil or ghee
Method:
1-Add
qeema ,2 nos onions mint leaves hara
dhania, ginger 25 gram, garlic 25
gram salt black pepper. chop them in
chopper.
2-Now make small balls deep fry, add
remaining 2nos onions ginger garlic
in ghee make gravy with tomatoes.
3-Add fried balls garnish with hara
dhania ginger serve with nans or
boiled rice.
