Ingredients :
Chicken Breast cut into small
cubes
Yogurt
Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric (Haldi)
Salt to taste
lemon juice
red food color
chinese salt
black pepper
Kadi Patta
oil
green chillies
Hara Dhanya
tomato sauce
Method
1-Take
a bowl put chicken, yogurt, chilli
powder, haldi, red food color
(enough so that the mixture will be
dark red), some green chillies cut
into 4 pieces, kadi patta, chinese
salt, salt, and lemon juice, and
black pepper. Mix it well and
Marinate it for 2 hours.
2-In a kadai heat oil put remaing
green chillies cut into 4 pices and
kadi patta, and put in the
marinate.
3-Cook it for few minutes than add
tomato sauce and cook it until it
thickes. Garnish is with Hara Dhanya
and serve it with parathas or naan.
