Ingredients :

4 magaz,
2pyaaz,
3-4 tomatoes,
1tsp zeera bhuna hao kuta hoa.
thora sa adrak
harra dhaniya thora sa
hari mirch 3-4
salt for taste
mirch 2tsp
haldi 1tsp
lemon.

Method:


1-magaz ko haldi k pani m boil ker thanda ker lain.
2- Oil m pyaaz dal ker naram ker lain.
3-adrak aur haldi dal ker bhunay laal mirch asuir tomato dal ker magaz aur salt dal ker bhunay. 

4-ab is m, zeera ,hari mirch, aur hara dhaniya dal dein.
5-jab ghee alag ho jai tu lemon juice bhi dal dein.
