Ingredients:
1-Chicken...1/2
kg
2-Green
Chillies(chopped)...4
3-Black
Pepper...1 tbsp
4-Coriander
seeds...1tbsp
5-Salt...to
taste
6-Oil...1/2 cup
Method:
1-Add oil in
frying pan and
put whole
chicken in it.
2-Fry till it
gets brown.
3-Add all spices
in pan while
stirring.
4-After 3 to 4
minutes, pour
1/2 cup water
and leave the
pan over burner
with medium
flame.
5-After 5
minutes, put off
the burner.
6-Serve with
naan.
