Ingredients :
1/4 kg Aravi
3 tsp Garlic paste
2 Green Chillies
1 tsp coriander-cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
pinch of Turmeric
2 tbsp oil
1 Tomato
1/2 bunch Coriander leaves
salt to taste
Method :
1-Boil the aravi and keep aside.
2-Grind together the green chillies,
coriander-cumin seeds powder, red
chilly powder, turmeric and garlic
coarsely. Add to it the coriander
leaves and grind again.
3-Now heat oil in a pan and fry
aravi in it till golden brown.
4-Then add the ground masala and
salt.
5-Cut the tomato into halves, mash
it against strainer and put in pan.
6-Fry till it is cooked (till raw
odor goes away).
7-Add little water if required to
make of medium consistency.
8-Serve hot with chapati or rice.
