Steps:
Preparation
:
1) Cut
cauliflower
into
flowerets.
2) Cube
potatoes.
3) Heat oil
and saute
cumin seeds
for about a
minute.
4) Add
garlic and
ginger, stir
and add
potatoes.
5) Saute,
add turmeric
and chilly
powder, and
saute again.
6) Add
tomatoes and
simmer for
about 5
mins.
7) Add
cauliflower
on high heat
for a few
minutes.
8) Lower
heat, cover
and let
simmer for
about 15
mins.
9) Curry
should be
damp-dry.
