Ingredients:
Mushroom 300 grams.
Chopped onion: 1 ½ cup
Chopped ginger: 2 tbsp.
Cumin seeds : 1 tsp.
Chopped tomato : ¾ cup
Coriander powder : 1 tsp.
Red chili powder : 1 tsp.
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp.
Chopped green chili : 1
tsp.
Chopped green coriander : 1
tbsp.
Garam Masala powder : 1
tsp.
Oil : 2 tbsp.
Salt As per taste
Method:
1-Clean and cut mushrooms
into quarters.
2-Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add
cumin seeds and let it
crackle. Add chopped onions
and sauté' until light
golden brown.
3-Add chopped ginger, green
chilies, coriander powder,
turmeric powder and salt.
Cook for one minute.
4-Add chopped tomatoes and
red chili powder and cook
till fat leaves the masala.
5-Add mushrooms and cover.
Cook for another 10 minutes
on a medium flame.
6-Add Garam Masala Powder.
7-Open the lid and cook for
5 minutes on a high flame.
