Ingredients:
chicken 700-800 gms - cut into pieces of your choice
garlic paste - 1 tsp
ginger paste - 1 tsp
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
salt - 11/4 tsp
dried basil or kasoori methi - 2 tsp
low fat curd - 1 cup
maida - 4 tsp
Method:
1-Marinate chicken
in 1/2 cup curd, ginger garlic paste, salt methi and red
chilli powder.
2-Keep for 2-3 hours.
3-Put chicken with marinade in a deep dish and bake at
200 degree c for 30 minutes.
4-Mix 1/2 cup curd and maida well, so that there are no
lumps. Take out chicken.
5-Mix the curd and maida mixture to the chicken. Mix
well.
6-Bake for another 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot garnished with tomato wedges & chopped fresh
dhania.
