Ingredients :
Cake!
eggs 4
flour 5tbsp
baking powder 1tsp
castor sugar 8tbsp
cocoa powder 2tbsp
vanilla essence few drops
Icing!
fresh cream 2 packets
castor sugar 3oz
Chocolate Sauce!
Icing sugar 6tbsp
cocoa powder 2tbsp
water 2tbsp
Fillings!
pine apple, peaches, cherries as required.
Method
1-Cake!
Beat the eggs until light and fluffy add in
vanilla essence and keep on beating. beat until
stuff. Shift flour, cocoa powder and baking powder
thrice, gently fold in the beaten mixture. Bake in a
pre heated oven at mark 5 for 15 to 20 mins in 8"
square or round pan.
2-ICING!
Beat cream when it starts getting thick add sugar at
a time, till all used.
3-Chocolate Sauce!
Mix altogether and cook on slow flame until the
mixture become thick.
4-Fillings!
Cut the cake in half, spread pine apple pieces with
pineapple juice, then spread cream on it and
chocolate sauce, Sandwich the cake, now pour the
creaming juice on it and then spread the cream on
the whole cake and with the help of fork or knife
applied design on it.
